Ford Preps 2018 F-150 For Police Duty

Ford makes some of the toughest trucks on the road. It's only fitting then that the 2018 Ford F-150 is being re-designed for use by the police.

The special Police Responder variant will utilize a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine with 375 horsepower and 470 pounds-feet torque. With 132 cubic feet of cargo space, a towing capacity of 7,000 pounds, and a maximum speed of 100 MPH, it's a police vehicle that will be hard to match.
